Okay so I'm slightly obsessed with floral nail at the moment, and yes once again these nails are based off some nails by Mrcandiipants. Her nails are is just amazing okay gsdfktgdsku.
She actually did a tutorial for this but I didn't use it I just looked at the pic ^_^

Barry M 294 Cyan Blue
Barry M 304 Mint Green
Barry M 290 Spring Green
Rimmel 080 Black Cab (to mix with Cyan Blue to get the darker blue)
